A collection of slender Argyrodes, possibly A. fissifrons or a closely related species with some similarities to A. gracilisrecorded as Conopistha in Mascord. There are likely to be many undescribed spiders of this type. This species sometimes has a small tangled web, or occupies the edge of the web of a large orb weaver, and acts as a kleptoparasite. The female body length reaches about 5mm, the male 3.5mm. At rest it often draws up its legs and looks like a piece of debris.

Argyrodes ex Conopistha
Body length about 3 mm possibly juvenile collected 11 June 2008 northern bank of junction of Fish and Enoggera Creeks. This spider is similar to spiders that used to belong to the genus Conopistha, now Argyrodes (Platnick 9.5).
