A small Araneid male, so far not matched up with a female, from Mount Glorious subtropical rainforest. Strongly coloured for camouflage in foliage and flowers, likely to be utilised when hiding in daytime. The informal name refers to the projecting tubercles giving the spider a look somewhat reminiscent of the flying cartoon boy. ♂ 3mm
