A common but rarely seen species in parts of North Queensland, usually found in trees lining creek banks. It is a very pretty species, sometimes carried to other parts of Australia as a passenger with freighted products. Mascord noted its prey included a wide range of insects, including moths and leafhoppers. The male is unknown. (Mascord 1980) This is the only species in its genus. ♀ 12mm ♂ ?mm
