Lampona danggali Platnick, 2000 A white-tailed spider

Lamponids in the genus Lampona are hard to tell apart from each other. They have a similar general appearance, mostly resembling the common L. cylindrata. The name of this species comes from the place where the holotype was collected, 90 kilometres north of Renmark, in the northern half of the Murray Basin. ♀ 7.5mm ♂ 6mm
